Document Scope
This document aims to clarify the information policy for users of the Cashcom smartphone application about the mechanism of data collection and how to process it, in addition to the rights of users. Therefore, it must be read carefully by the user before starting to use the Cashcom application. Through the Cashcom application, information will be obtained from the user in addition to the information that will be collected automatically by the application. Cashcom is committed to protecting the user’s privacy, and this document explains how data is collected and used.
Public Policies
- The Cashcom application does not record “visit loggers” known as (cookies) that aim to track how the application is used by its visitors or to find out whether the visitor has made previous visits or not.
- When you register on the Cashcom application for the first time, this requires you to enter basic information about yourself, such as the customer’s name, personal phone number, and username. All this information is stored with us for use only when needed to complete your transactions.
- The user has the right to stop using the Cashcom application easily by uninstalling the application. In addition, the user can use the usual uninstallation processes that may be available as part of your mobile device or via an application market.

- The Cashcom application does not save any audio recorded by the user on the company’s servers.

What Information Do We Collect
- When you install the Cashcom application for the first time, access to a set of permissions is requested that enables the application to perform its work to provide the service in the best possible way.
- Cashcom automatically collects the following information: Unique device identifier for mobile devices, mobile operating system.
- The Cashcom application collects the following data from the user for the purpose of developing the system:
- Crash data: such as Breakdown Records
- Performance data: such as running time, suspend rate and power consumption
- Other diagnostic data: Any other data collected for technical diagnostic measurement purposes
- The Cashcom application accesses the location and photos for the purpose of identifying the nearest agents to the user and to allow the user to attach a personal ID photo to the Cashcom application.
- The Cashcom application saves documents, such as the profile on the company’s servers permanently.
