Cashcom offers two types of cards: Local Card and International Card.

The local card can only be used for purchases or cash withdrawals inside Iraq, including online purchases from Iraqi websites. The international card can be used both inside and outside Iraq for in-store purchases, international online payments, and cash withdrawals.

 

You’ll need to provide your national ID (or unified card), proof of residence, fill out a Know Your Customer (KYC) form, and take a live photo.

Yes, you can request your card through the app. Download the app and apply directly.

To activate it for electronic payments, prepare the following: Passport or a signed declaration of not having a passport, national ID, lawyer membership ID (both sides), and proof of residence (both sides). Then, visit our team at the syndicate office or our main branch in Karrada to submit documents and complete the KYC form.

After activation, you can access your PIN through the Cashcom app.

 

Open the app and select “My Cards” from the menu. Tap on “Show PIN,” then enter your 6-digit app security code created during registration. Your 4-digit card PIN will be displayed.

 

Both local and international Cashcom cards have a monthly limit of 10 million Iraqi dinars.

Cashcom cards are available in USD and Iraqi Dinar. Cards must be funded in the currency they were issued in.

Yes, you can transfer up to 400,000 IQD per day with a limit of 4 transfers per day.

 

The card is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

 

Each individual is allowed to own only one card.

 

Yes, delivery is available in Baghdad and other areas. For delivery fees, contact our support team at +964662103107.

 

Currently, salary domiciliation is not supported.

Contact our customer service immediately to block the card and issue a replacement.

 

Cards can be canceled within 24–48 business hours (excluding Fridays and Saturdays) after signing the cancellation form and using the remaining balance.
